Heads up about their 'white lace' kimono rental scam:** They’ll slap you with bogus ‘cleaning fees’ if you don’t buy their overpriced insurance. I barely touched the kimono, ?even though I spotted the SAME stains on another kimono before wearing mine! After endless arguing, I caved and paid ,just to escape their nonsense. Total rip-off. Avoid unless you enjoy being extorted for pre-existing ‘damage

Very beautiful kimonos. The staffs are really helpful as well, helping me to choose obi and sandals .
Better reserve online to get a lower price than just walking in. The price online doesn’t include insurance yet so be prepared to pay a bit more at the store - 550 yen. You can get a voucher on Klook as well.

Reservation is simple enough to make online and once at the place the process is smooth. Staff is very nice and makes sure you understand everything. There are a lot of options to choose from and it's possible to choose even from stuff you didn't select in the reservation.

Staff is very gentle while clothing you and with your hair they are real proffesionals.

I reccomend reserving early hours so you can enjoy the kimono without worrying about time.

They also give you the ability to insure against staining/light damage for 550\ which I found very nice.
